Places all over the world hold sparse significance to every individual, however there are some cases where cultural history leaves a mark on a place for decades or centuries. Brighton is a place with a huge amount of musical heritage. The instances of the mods and rockers is something that has resonated through the decades up until the point where it has been studied by many in my generation in the present for it's sociological insight. Visiting Brighton often and having a huge passion for the music of the sixties and mod culture meant re-envisioning Brighton's landscape through my own lens, transforming it into an abstracted space suspended in a perpetual album cover.
